At LuxeTime, every order is handled with care. Once an order is placed, our team processes, inspects, and packs your watch within 24–48 hours.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our delivery timeline depends on your location:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to courier workload, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. All packages are carefully protected with bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to prevent damage.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If a customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package may return to us.

• Do not accept the package if badly damaged
• Contact us within 24 hours with proof
We will raise a claim with the courier and assist with a replacement where applicable.

Lost Shipments

In rare cases where the shipment is marked lost by the courier:

• Or a full refund if the product is unavailable
