• The product is defective or not functioning when delivered
• The product received is missing essential parts or accessories

A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear video or photo proof of the issue.

Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned with original box, tags, protection films, and all included accessories
• Packed securely to avoid damage during return transit

If the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery, the return request may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Physical damage after delivery
• Battery issues after prolonged use
• Missing box, tools, or protective coverings
• Incorrect or incomplete return packaging

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same model.
If the model is unavailable, you may receive store credit of equal value.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where:
• We cannot replace the product
• The product is out of stock
• The issue is verified from our side

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Refund duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side (wrong item or defective product).
